Welcome to Dupont Pools
We built our own pool before we ever built one for anyone else.
And we’ve never forgotten what that felt like.
Dupont Pools is family owned and operated by Wānaka locals Tom and Kelly Dupont, Central Otago’s Leisure Pools dealer and installer. Tom is an NZ Master Builder, and Kelly is a qualified interior designer; both passionate about pool construction and ensuring their customers enjoy the experience.
When Tom and Kelly added a pool to their own new home, it changed the way their family lived through summer, and they want to ensure the same experience for families right across Central Otago.
From your first conversation through to the final splash, you’re in good hands: Kelly looks after design and admin, Tom leads the install alongside his team, and both are Leisure Pools trained.
It’s a hands-on, family-run way of doing things, built on partnership, craftsmanship and commitment, and one we’re proud to stand behind.

Why choose us
Why Central Otago families choose Dupont Pools.
Local & focused
We’re locally based in Wānaka and service only the Central Otago region, which allows us to have full control of the pool build from start to finish.
Our own team, every step
The team who build your pool work for us, not contracted out, so you get consistent quality and accountability from start to finish.
Construction expertise meets design eye
We know construction, council processes and the logistics that go with it, and we know what makes a space look and feel right. That combination means you get a pool that’s both built properly and beautifully designed.
Quality over quantity
We take on a limited number of pool builds each year, a deliberate choice that lets us protect the quality and craftsmanship behind every project.
Fixed-price contracts
You’ll know exactly what you’re in for from the start. Fixed-price contracts mean no surprises along the way.
Flexible scope
No job is too big or too small. We can take on as much or as little of the project scope as you’d like us to.
Leisure Pools technology
Backed by industry-leading fibreglass construction and a strong manufacturer warranty, giving you a durable pool built to last.

Tell us about your pool project
Not sure where to start? That’s what we’re here for.
We could talk pools all day! Whether it’s over a coffee or standing in the exact spot your pool will one day sit, we love sitting down with families to talk through their vision for the perfect outdoor space. We’ll walk you through what’s ahead, share ideas along the way, and answer the questions you didn’t even know you had yet.
Bring your dream, we’ll bring the experience, and together we’ll create a space your family will want to spend every summer in.
